Terms & Conditions
01. Bernard Newbury Auto Interiors & Performance Parts reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
02. Some of our products shown in this catalogue may vary slightly if a supplier or manufacturer alters the specifications.
03. All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Shortages or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours.
04. Items may only be returned after contacting us for authorisation by telephone
(+44 1702 710211) or by email here &
must be received within 10 days of purchase accompanied with the relevant
invoice.
05. Parts returned for credit must be in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging.
06. Returned items are subject to a handling charge of 15% for a refund or a full value credit note will be issued. The customer must bear the cost of any shipping.
07. Special order items & electrical units cannot be returned for credit.
08. No warranty will be given or implied for parts used for racing, pacemaking or competition.
09. Some items may not be street legal & may fail an MOT inspection or similar inspection for your country.
10. All Items are dispatched by us in good faith with the postal & courier services & require a signature as proof of delivery. Once a delivery has been signed for we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
11. We only ship to Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Southern Ireland / Eire, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States.
